Terms and Conditions of Hire
- The Hirer will be responsible for the cost of the repair of all goods damaged and the replacement cost of goods lost or stolen.
- All equipment must be returned in a clean dry condition or cleaning costs will be charged to the Hirer.
- Two forms of personal identification plus a deposit are required with each hire.
- Fuel and consumable products are charged as used.
- No warranty is given by the company as to the suitability of the goods hired for the purpose required by the Hirer.
- Hire charges are payable for TIME OUT not TIME USED. Any extension of time required for hire of goods must be confirmed by the office of The Company and could result in additional charges payable by the Hirer.
- Cancellation of orders within 7 days of booked delivery date will, at least, result in the loss of the refundable bond.
- The Company accepts no responsibility for damage to persons or property caused by items on rental.
Prices include GST and are effective from Jan 1, 2023 and are subject to change without notice.
